Hanging systems and masking solution

We represent the German family company EMPTMEYER on the Czech and Slovak market.

EMPTMEYER offers a complex product range of hanging systems (hooks, racks) and masking foils, covers, and plugs for surface treatment industry. You can choose from the wide portfolio of standardized products, as well as inquire custom sizes.

Key products include S and C coating hooks, special coating hooks, and wire-bent parts made from spring steel, St52 titanium, aluminum, or brass.
Additionally, we offer insertable hooks for profiles and tubes, combination hooks for hanging products at multiple levels below each other, spring hooks, and springs. For steel sheets without hanging holes, we also provide hanging clamps.

For painting smaller and medium-sized parts in larger volumes, we provide variable hanging systems consisting of multiple rails suspended one below the other. The rails and types of hanging hooks or clamps can be freely combined. We also offer hangers with tubes in the form of frames or stands.

Masking materials such as plugs and caps are made from silicone rubber, a material resistant to high temperatures (up to 300°C). Additionally, self-adhesive masking tapes and labels made from polyester film are available, with guaranteed temperature resistance in the range of 50–260°C.
