Camfil is a company manufacturing filtration units for a wide range of industries, which accounts for a high variety of products and sizes. The quality of the pre-treatment of the material is very important to the customer. The key factor for a flawless and durable coat is a thorough pre-treatment. In Camfil, an automatic pre-treatment system with 4 stages was installed. For very large products, a manual pre-treatment workstation has been set-up and uses the same number of pre-treatment stages as the automatic system. The line uses a manual conveyor to move the products and is featured by a motorised loading and unloading station.
