NC Line a.s. has more than a 20 year long experience with powder coating and we are proud that our project has been chosen thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies that help to increase the labour efficiency significantly in its manufacturing plant. Moreover, we were able to integrate the powder plant into an irregularly-shaped space. The new control system "Esco" has been conntected to the NC Line's ERP system so it now provides with a complete reporting of the powder line parameters. Remote control and administration facilitates tackling any problems by our IT without further ado.
The triad of an automated coating booth, self-learning robot and manual powder application together with a ptented powder feed system "HDLV" by NORDSON ensures the perfect finish.
