Project description

When painting thick-walled products, it is always necessary to take into account a very long curing and subsequent cooling time. Reducing these times was an essential requirement for Dikrt's new powder coating plant. By installing an infrared catalytic furnace, we have reduced these times considerably and made it possible to install a versatile coating line with a Power & Free conveyor.

The line allows the painting of large and small batches of steel and aluminium products. For easy loading of products, the line is equipped with a motorised loading and offloading station. A modern PLC with a data acquisition system for the painted products is a matter of course.
