of the Implementation
For our long-term client, BAUMRUK & BAUMRUK s.r.o., we have launched a modern coating line. This line is designed to achieve maximum painting capacity and quality. The process begins with a two-stage pre-treatment, thoroughly preparing part surfaces for subsequent powder coating application. This step is crucial to ensure optimal adhesion and long-term durability of the final product.
The Spectrum HD II Powder Feeding Center ensures precise and reliable powder dosing into the application system, utilizing advanced Nordson Encore HD technology. This system enables consistent and uniform powder coating application, delivering exceptional results even in demanding applications.
Two seven-axis IRB 5500 painting robots play a key role in the coating application. With their extensive reach, they allow for precise and efficient coating of large and complex-shaped parts. For specific pieces or test series, the line is complemented by a manual coating booth, providing flexible access for coating tasks.
The entire process is supported by a Power and Free conveyor, which ensures smooth movement of parts between individual stations. All operations are managed by the InSight system, allowing complete control over each production phase and integrating all components into a cohesive, seamless unit.
