With its 9 meter long load bars, Albixon can boast with the largest powder coating plant for aluminum profiles in the Czech Republic. The coating system adheres to the most stringent quality criteria set by GSB and Qualicoat norms. By using the Power&Free conveyors, the whole coating line turns into a compact system that enables two-layer coating without the need for the product to pass through the line two times. We managed to fulfill Albixon's request to decreas the operational costs whilst keeping up with ecological demands; the line is equipped with vacuum evaporator making it possible to reuse up to 93 % of water.
